I need a herbal cure for dizziness.?!

Question: I have suddenly and unexpectedly developed severe dizziness. When I stand up, the room starts spinning and I become naseaus. If I lie down quickly, the symptoms are relieved. I've been in bed the past two days because I cannot stand up for any period of time.

I need something alternative because I do not have health insurance and cannot afford a doctor. Any valid information would be appreciated. Several web sites suggest gingko. Any thoughts?

Put your symtoms in the medical search in the "web research" section here... http://newfreebooks.com

That is a good website to get info on conventional medicine and alternative medicine as well. Also click on "additional useful links" while you are there to see all the alternative med. sites. But start with the conventional med. link first.

I cant in all good intentions tell you not to go to a doctor. Please email me and I will tell you something that can help you temporarily until you can get in to see a doctor.

Hi, it may be low blood pressure or low hemoglobin. Anyway you need to be sure what is it - and then if it is low blood pressure - drink coffee and eat chocolate - usually it helps. If it is low hemoglobin - you have to drink mix of beets, apples and carrots juices and also very good to have 3 times a day mix of choped walnuts and honey - 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.
Pomegranate good too.

If you could get your Blood Pressure checked, it would be good. Getting up suddenly can cause a drop in blood pressure and cause less blood to reach the brain and cause dizziness. There could be other factors too. You need a thorough evaluation.
