Avoid mucus forming foods and cold foods/drinks, raw foods, sugar, and uncooked dairy.
Congestion or Stuffy nose - Use decongestant early. Strong Peppermint tea (1 cup herb to 1 quart of water) infused for 4 hours. Elecampane as steam for congestion. Hyssop or Thyme also used as steam.
If it is a cold it is viral and Garlic is an excellent antiviral
run the vaporizer and take vitamin C
Peppermint tea with raw honey and lemon juice, and Oscillococcinum.
my family cure for most things is hot milk and whiskey then good nights sleep,,should help sweat out the cold,,and theory being if your going to have bugs have happy bugs lol
