Or you could just take Benedryl..or even the W.M. brand. Try Melatonin. It helps a lot of people. Google it and get more info. Drs. recommend it for people who travel..and even for kids starting back to school . It has to do with a hormone in your brain. You can get it anywhere ..any drug store or dept. store.
Yeah it works really well and doesnt make you feel drowsy the nest day ether. Its the best non prescription sleeping pill I've tried (and I've pretty much done them all as well as a couple of prescriptions). It takes 20minutes to start to work and will send you to sleep within 40minutes of taking it. Its my prefered choice since it doesnt seem to affect my performance the next day.
Be careful and dont take two like I did once, really was a bit strange and over sedated before I drifted off.
