I'm overwhelmed and don't know which multivitamin to take.....?!

Question: How can I choose the right multivitamin for me? With all the different measurements and daily recommendations that are different among all the brands, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and don't know where to start! I would also like to make sure that the supplement is vegetarian. Thanks!

Don't take vitamins, take live organic whole food supplements. Most vitamins are made with synthetic chemicals, and even the ones that can absorb wont because the tablet will not dissolve. The best vitamins to take are live organic whole food supplements, your body recognizes it as food because it is food so all of it assimilates and absorbs in the body. There are only a few places I can trust when it comes to true absorption and assimilation of supplements. Here are the best whole food supplements I have found and take everyday.

Just take what I take One a day for men It does very well

Flintstones vitamins are actually pretty good. They are similar to prenatal vitamins recommended in pregnancy except they don't contain as much folic acid (which is important in preventing neural tube defects in the baby). And they taste yummy too! Whatever you pick, make sure it is FDA approved and safe.

I chose Barley Grass or Barley Green in powder form, because it is loaded with vitamins and minerals, all organic. There is nothing synthetic or inorganic in it.

The human body wants to have organic, it cannot do well trying to ingest inorganic products that were mined from the ground and never grew. 99% of the supplements on the market come from the dirt. None of them interest me. I hope this helps. See the link below.

start by not stopping by the grocery store for them
you want one that is natural rather than synthetic
also capsules, gel caps are better than tablets.
Many tablets do not dissolve.

This site has all natural

You have access to the Internet it will not be a problem, go to the link above and study everything you need to know about their products. Not just the product but you also have to check the company profile.
Stay healthy!

Go to a health food store and get their advice.A good quality vitamin is what you need and you will be able to feel a difference in a few days,

The multi-vitamin that I prefer to use is called Intramax.ntraMAX? is a 100% organic liquid multi-vitamin and natural mineral supplement. It is a nutrient-rich defense against disease and illness.

Comments from Dr. Richard A. Drucker, M.Sc., N.D., N.M.D., Ph.D. (c)

In order to assimilate a trace mineral, it must be chelated, it must be organic and it must be in an ionic form. Nature does this through plants and Drucker Technologies 100% Organic Homeostatic Soil-based Trace Mineral Complex is 100% derived from humic plants!

Drucker Technologies 100% natural flavored Organic Homeostatic Soil-based MicroComplexes? are derived from 100% ORGANIC plant sources and thus are ultra dissolved, organically complexed trace minerals. The minerals are chelated by nature with fulvic acid which is the strongest chelating agent known to man. Since the trace mineral ions have been chelated by nature, they are virtually 100% bio-available.

This is an important point to remember as it is the distinguishing factor between a mineral the body can utilize and a mineral derived from a rock formation, a salt water supply such a the Great Salt Lake, a deposit of salts from the earth or a mineral complex produced by combining various minerals in water and sold as mineral or trace mineral products. These inorganic products are NOT readily assimilated by the body as they are generally NOT chelated with an organic amino acid or protein. The body can only assimilate about 10% of an inorganic mineral complex.

Multi vitamins are a major scam. Almost nobody needs them. Start by eating a healthy diet with 5-10 servings of fruits and veggies every day. You will get all the vitamins you need in the most natural, complete (and vegan) way possible.

If you are a total vegan, eating no eggs or dairy, you may need a vitamin b12 supplement, nothing else.
