grate a bar of castile soap (can be bought at any walmart) the mix it with enough hot distilled water and blend to make it into a pudding like consistancy. next mix 1/4 cup olive oil with this and use exactly as you would with baby wash/shampoo.

you may want to add more olive oil during the winter however, or more water if it seems too thick.

this recipe works wonders, trust me.
