I put a link to an online tool below that will list licensed Naturopathic physicians by geographic region. I would find one and call. If they don't deal with pediatric work then at least see if they can recommend someone in your area.

Not strictly pediatric, but they do a lot of work with children.
DAN! (Defeat Autism Now!) doctors (they don't just deal with autistic patients) will also be more open and knowledgeable about alternative therapies, and there are several in Houston.
