do not take higher doses without the guidance of your doctor, nutritionalist or holistic practitioner, as many vitamins and minerals are toxic in certain amounts. Furthermore, a higher intake of one substance might cause an imbalance in another substance, and some of these natural supplements can counteract other medications.
Just because vitamins, minerals, herbs and other dietary supplements are natural doesn't mean they can't do harm. Use common sense and approach supplements responsibly.
Because more than 1 a day may give you too many of some of the vitamins and minerals in the tabs.
Too much of certain vitamins can be toxic.
