Thyroid storm (kind of) what to do, please read :?!
Question: I know a true thyroid storm means I wouldn't be sitting here, but I am having something very similar, I won't go to the hospital, my body has CFIDS and westerm docs don't do me much good. I just don't know what step to take next, , stop my thyroid pills,, I know my adrenals are all messed up and i have been walking around with an abscessed tooth for a month because NO ONE would take it out, so I have had hypothyroidism and a bad infection. Naturopaths, what do I do, what do I eat ? I think the infection may still be in my sinus cavity, going to the dentist or doctor, they just blow you off, I need the advice of a naturopahic person. I just need to get my organs, adrenals and thyroid leveled off before I do have a complete thyroid storm. I also have to try and get rid of all stress, but I have a very sick doggie too amongst other things, AND LIKE SO MANY OF US, i HAVE NO INSURANCE AND LITTLE MONEY BUT I CAN COME BY IT IF i NEED TO.

If you're actually already on thyroid meds, all the herbs and tinctures in the world aren't going to help you. You need to go to the doctor who put you on them and tell him what's happening. You're flirting with death or permanently ruined health if you take medical advice from the internet on something this serious.
