What do i eat when i have a sore throat?!

Question: All I eat is stuff that cools my throat

Answers: All I eat is stuff that cools my throat

People ususally want to eat either cold or hot. Figure out which one is best for you. Liquids can be easier.

Doctors will want to give you antibiotics frequently, if they think there is a bacterial issue, and sometimes a steroid to bring the swelling down.

Antibiotics are dangerous, contribute to creating resistent strains of bacteria that can be deadly, cause secondary fungal infection, (which by the way may contribute to cancer over the years) and steroids damage the immune system. Find another way.

If you want to get rid of it entirely without the use of antibiotics, even if it is severe with white spots and extreme pain get some MMS. It will knock out a sore throat in less than a day for most people.

I hope that you, and those like you who suffer from simple and common illness will start to learn better ways, and educate yourself further in the nature of pharmaceutical drugs and their dangers.

Soups & soft foods. You're best to eat and drink hot things..

Ice cream, jello, pudding, you can eat soup if heat bothers you just make it warm so it's not gross to eat. This may sound gross but if you gargle with 1/4 cup warm water 1/4 cup vinegar and 2tsp salt it will take the irritation away for a little while.

lots of fluids, carrot juice, starfruit juice and ice cream ?

All of the above, but you should avoid ALL simple sugars such as sugar and honey - they are the chief cause of most infections

Ice Cream is the best coolant.

Suggestions:

- Check out Ginger extract - with Honey.
- Gargle with water in which tea powder is boiled.
This is quite soothening - as compared to salt water gargling ... which often bites
- Drink lots of water - would be good to boil cumin seeds and some ginger in the water. Drink the same frequently

Often for related things like sinus or cold, drinking lots of water is a good bet

- Garlic pods - boiled in little water and then crushed - are very effective for cough related symptoms

- Avoid things like peanuts - things that can stick to your throat and irritate.
