Anxiety attack caused by diet pills???!

Question: Have you ever used an over the counter natural thermogenic...
but then experienced a panic or anxiety attack?

How long did it take to go away?

How did you make it go away? (after you stopped taking the pills, did u take any alternative herbs like magnesium etc?)

What are the ingredients of the thermogenic diet pill you are taking? Message me and give me a link to analyze and I'll tell you what the ingredients are and what is causing this.

That way, when you search for products again, you can avoid specific things that are cr@p and things that are for real that do you no harm.

I'm pretty blunt but I do take the time. Otherwise, it could have guarrana or a type of caffeine.

If so, your stressing your adrenal glands by skipping meals and the next step is vertigo or fainting spells.

panic attacks derive from the liver being unable to filter properly, ie, overload on pills will cause panic attacks, just as caffiene will do the same. you probably should go to the doctor and make sure your liver is not damaged.

also, do NOT take anything else. period! until you see the doctor!

Take naturopathy treatment, sprouted , fruits and vegetables, avoid salt, sugar, cold drinks, white bread, tea, coffee and alcohal. drink plenty of water, fresh juices, special cuccumer, ash guard(Petha) etc.

When I was in college I actually had a panic attack after taking the old stacker formula that had ephedra in it... so it can and does happen sometimes. I knew how to deal with a panic attack (I actually didn't know there was a name for it, I had had them since I was 4...) so I just breathed and it went away in less than a half hour. The best way to get rid of a panic attack is to get angry at it. Think to yourself "This is sooooooooooooooo stupid!" Don't get mad at yourself for having the attack! That's not the point! I also used to just hold my breath for as long as I could and concentrated on feeling my heart beat and imagine that it was getting slower and calmer. I haven't had a panic attack in several years now! (and I don't have to take anything to keep them way, its great)
