Can enemas be physically addicting like laxatives?!

Question: With all the talk about colon cleansing and colonics, I was wondering how safe it was to use an enema. I would like to go for a colonic, but no one offers it in my area.

Enemas are fine. Use them only when you are doing a cleanse. I recommend coffee enemas. Yes! Coffee! It will stimulate the liver to detox.

Always take probiotics when doing enemas or colonics.
