Natures Sunshine Para-Cleanse?!
Question: I am nervous about taking it- I don't know what to expect. Anyone taken it? Is is really gross like the colon cleanse pics all over the net or is it not so nasty? Do you feel an urgent need to go to the bathroom or is it gentle? Give me the scoop peeps!!!!

I am taking para clense, started in last friday. After talking to my neighbor about some symptoms I have been having, I thought possibly I might have parasites ! Not sure though. My bottle has a sun pic on it, but made by renew life...probably the same.. I have had to poop about 4x a day.. had reallly BAD farts, I chose to sleep downstairs last night, because my farts were SO BAD !! Ha HA. I take half the dose only 1 pill 3x day with the drops. The drops taste horrible !! You should put them in juice. The label talks about what foods to avoid while on the therapy, I follow it half way.. But am avoiding refined sugars if possible, the parasites apparently really thrive on sugar. I have not noticed any parasites in the toilet, I look each time. Im not sure If I have parasites though, the lady at the store told me even if I don't have them, the product will not hurt me.. It gets your digestive system all back in order ( EXTREMELY) WHich is good for me, thats where some of my problem symptoms were. On the internet, if you just type in parasite clense, theres all sorts of info.. other brands to buy online, but they have the same ingredients as mine, all very interesting ! They say everyone should clense 2x a year because parasties are everywere in our environment. They can weaken our immune system, and a weakend immune system is the beginning of where most cancers begin in our body. Go ahead and take it.. 15 days on, 5 off, then 15 days again.. aside from the taste of the drops.. nothing unusual to report, just pooping more Ha HA. That also might be from me eating more vegetables since the day I bought the product. I bought the para clense at a natural grocery store, so while I was there, I loaded up of tones of fresh produce, which I have eaten daily. Good luck
Additional detail, my bottle is called para-gone, but i know its the same.. all the parasite cleanse products contain the same indredients
