no b/c it can actually slow down your gut if you use it too much and cause toxic megacolon.
You can get addicted to laxatives. You need to talk to a Dr. I don't want to scare you but you could have a serious colon problem.
Ask oyur doctor. But the best thing to keep your digestive track in line is a cup of cranberry juce in the morring. It'll take a while but you will notice a diffrence.
Agree with asking and consulting a Doctor but a number ofe times my doctor had me take 3 tablespoons a day to maintain . That way i dont get "empty" but allows me to go normaly every day
