I am 8 weeks pregnant.

Try 3 tablespoons of lemon juice in a 16 ounce bottle of water daily. It completely cured my acid reflux.

I have also used 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in water to work on fibromyalgia pain.

These amounts certainly will not hurt your baby, actually maybe he or she will not have heart burn. They are just food products you could cook with.

Congratulations and happy baby.

I wouldent try it, I drank half a glass once in order to try and pass a drug test for my upcomming screaning and it dident work. I just got a really bad sore throat.

The acidity of apple cider would have nothing on the acidity of the contents of your stomach, and I don't believe it would have any effect whatsoever on either IBS or heartburn. Adding one weak acid to a much stronger one is sort of like spitting in the ocean. It won't hurt your baby at all though- it wouldn't be any different to your digestive system than if you used it as a marinade or to make a vinegrette. If you are having trouble with heartburn, just try eating smaller meals or drinking one of the liquid heartburn preps. Those will coat the esophagus nicely to prevent damage should you reflux, help cool off the fire in the belly, and provide a little extra calcium to you and baby. If you just want to try this as a drink, go ahead and try. The water will be good for you anyway, and the cider won't hurt a thing. The baby will get the nutrients, the taste is all yours, as is the heartburn.

It is not only safe but more beneficial because it remove the toxins so it give the relife to mother and also helpful for the growing child in the womb will feel better the will be healthy one.

Your body is awfully clever at filtering out bad things. There is a possible problem with unpasteurized milk and juice, but vinegar is highly sterile I imagine, and will be no problem at all.
