With all the environmental concern lately, just about every home improvement store offers low-VOC paint. You may want to do some research and reading and find a knowledgeable salesperson.

latex paints aren't particularly toxic to begin with. Do you mean low odor? Look into HARMONY paint by Sherwin Williams. They are very into "green" and safety
