It's convenient and cleans the mucuous membranes of the colon (large intestine). The parasites are not taken off. Toxins cleaning will need about 10 times of enema. No problems, however, no miracles.

It sounds like a bit of a crappy method to me. I think prunes etc can do an equally good job. Hot sauce in food works for me.
I'm also a big believer in sweating. As I understand it, sweating can get out fat stored toxins like nothing else can.
