Well, unfortunately, without exercise of some sort (even a short walk is good), you can't burn any fat. If you don't use energy, your body will store it... and stored energy is what fat is.

water and peppers....peppers of any kind (the spicier the better) will raise your metabolism but then in reality any food will raise your metabolism for about an hour after you eat it but this does not attribute to fat or weight loss because the increase is insignificant.....some people will swear by green tea but you would have to drink so much of it to do the task at hand that it would be immposible to acheive....green tea is mostly consumed for other properties anyway....really the best way to drop that 5lbs is to eat healthy, eat low calorie snacks and keep on exercising

2 tbs of apple cider vinegar with a drop of olive oil daily. Do this before your biggest meal of the day. It kills the appetite.
