Does anyone know how much stevia you should use to replace one cup of sugar?!

Question: I can't find a conversion chart anywhere and want to know how much to use in baking. I know it's supposed to be much much sweeter than sugar so you only need a little bit in comparison but I don't want to guess and ruin the whole batch if I'm wrong! Thanks!

heres a stevia and sugar conversion table:

http://www.cookingwithstevia.com/stevia_...

I understand stevia is 3x sweeter than sugar, so I would, being careful, put in 1/4th as much, then taste a little of the dough. If it is not sweet enough, add some more.

Check on the stevia box. It may say.

I bought 100 packets of stevia thinking it would replace my sugar intake......but no, the sweetness of stevia hits your tongue on the very back. Unlike sugar that hits your whole tongue. I don't like it. And putting more stevia into anything doesn't help. It stays at that sweetness. Its not worth it, Thats why they never used stevia as a replacement for sugar on the market.

One cup sugar is equivalent to 24 teaspoon of stevia. If you're from the Philippines and if you want more information about STEVIA, you can call CM STAR CORP. Office number : 912 5667 / 913 9066 or e-mail us at cmstar@globelines .com.ph. You can look for Ms. Tess Zafra.

I hope this will help.
