This will all depend on what kind of pain. The most general pain relief is lavendar oil. I use it for headaches, general aches and pains, muscles aches, and skin problems. Therapists I know have used it to relieve pre-cancerous lesions, as well.
Lavender is my first aid, and my all-purpose healer.
