Do u trust Homeopathy?!

Question: Does anyone trust the Homeopathic system of medicine?

Answers: Does anyone trust the Homeopathic system of medicine?

as a nurse with over thirty years of experience, I can tell you that I certainly do, homeopathy has it's place and is every bit as valid as modern western medicine.

no

it's been reliable for at least half of my ailments... the other half is just toughing it all out...

I DO NOT! oatmeal on a bee sting maybe. But anything further than that is a bunch of hoo-ha. My father in law sears by homeopathy. But hes had minor cancer, a bad back for years, and is very overweight. Wow. seems like its working!

I do. It did a wonderful work for my alergy. But u need to have a really good doctor who can recomend u the right remedy.
Besides, there is nothing to waist if ur suspicious. there r no side effects and it eather work or does not work.

I have used the homeopathic system of medicine when I had my wisdom teeth done and when my tonsils were swollen very big. The doctor said I would have to have them removed. I didn't want to go through all of that due to me being a college student. Tried the easy way out with homeopathic medicine and now I am fine. And I still have my tonsils.

Same with wisdom teeth ... It helped pain and swelling greatly... I never took the medicine the doctor gave me. And I am fine with no bacteria medicine.
Any question contact me!

I trust no branch of medicine.

I like to do mine own research to confirm if I think the opinion or method is sound.

Take A.M.A for instance. Bunch of male chauvinist doctors who bullied out the nurse-midwives.

The F.D.A. well they have done great work, but then again they act like the end all be all. Some times homeopathy might work. Then I give it a chance, not saying I trust it altogether but what the hey, if all other types of medicine have been tried, why not give it a chance?

On the other hand, I'm not going to ingest something I am not feeling safe about, if I think it might have a dangerous chemical in it, or if it "smells" funny.

It's pretty good. Just think that native Americans relied on this way for many years, and seemed to do all right. But You have to be basically chemically free for vitamins and such to work. Also You have to have fresh everything. Fruits, veggies and become a vegan.

#Treatment in homeopathy is individualized (tailored to each person). Homeopathic practitioners select remedies according to a total picture of the patient, including not only symptoms but lifestyle, emotional and mental states, and other factors.
In my experience, sometimes it works and sometimes not. In my own opinion, I do think it's better to try things that are completely natural first before going to mainstream drugs put out by Drs. unless it's life threatening.

NO

I know people who swear by it. My mom is really into it. I've tried it numerous times and I never noticed that it helped one bit so I personally am not really into it.

No, because there are no molecules of active ingredient in the 'solution.' Pure water. If you looked at the 'science' behind homeopathy, you'll realize how it doesn't work (other than placebo).

Homeopathic explanation: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BWE1tH93G...

yes I know it seems a bit mad but I use New Era stuff for hay fever and rhinitis it works. And for chesty cough caused by hayfever. When gasping for air, no placebo will make that better Homeopathy DOES Use little and often.

Late Edit: A short story
I went to my GP in England with a very bad chesty cough ended up in A&E with Allergic reaction to PRESCRIBED Antibiotic CLORITHOMYCIN (RELATED TO PENICILLIN OF WHICH I AM ALLERGIC TO) head swelled like a football (AGAIN worse in fact) and scarlet rash (AGAIN) and blisters on top of this because my skin got so hot the blood through my veins boiled because they didn't keep me cool and they (in Hospital) bandaged both my legs with crepe and socks making matters I would say as worse as it could get. So much neglect and bad care I got myself out of hospital, the NHS is sick in England.

I had hayfever all along due to May crops of rape seed grown profusely where I live. COINCIDENTALLY I had not been taking my homeopathic remedies earlier in the season like I did years before, when I was NOT ill for weeks trying to breath.

yes its good for some cronic treatment
