Susan S is the closest (although a bit harsh).... if you have been told by a doctor that you have a parasite, that's the only time you'll need a parasite cleanse. However, not all of the parasite cleansers are scams (although some are, not all companies should be judged by the poor actions of the few).... it all depends on the ingredients and the quality of the company. I have talked to many people that have been told by doctors that they had parasites and effectively cleansed them out with parasite cleansers.
There are many herbs that help with eliminatory and resistive functions, and can help to rid your system of parasites, but if you don't have parasites, it would just be an expensive colon cleanse.
After doing a little searching on Yahoo, it looks like these products are REALLY expensive for what they are and I can't find any listing of the ingredients... I would skip this brand if I were you. If a doctor has said you have parasites (not just an article or a book, as symptoms of parasites can be symptoms for other things, as well), then I would go for a cheaper one from a good quality company. If you cannot get a medical diagnosis of parasites, then please don't assume you have them! Too many people make their living exploiting peoples' fears that something is wrong with them. These parasite "remedies" are just the Placebo Effect, at best.
Yes it is a scam. If you have a parasite or think you have a parasite, go see a doctor and they can remove it.
