Colon irrigation, or a colonic, rinses built up waste material in the colon. This is a worthy treatment in that it will remove 5-15lbs of otherwise toxic by-product from your body. There was a grounbreaking article released, some years ago, intitled " Death starts in the Colon". Think about the affect of poisonous schmutz kicking around in your digestive tract (the same one that delivers nutrients directly into your bloodstream). Not good, right ? Yes someone has to stick a tube in your pooper. It may not be the first time you've experienced that, though. Right ?

i think it cleans out your anal cavity and gets all the stuff out.

i am not sure if they insert anything, but it cleans EVERYTHING out and you can actually lose weight from it

It cleans out your intestines.

Be careful with this stuff. There is a specific group of people that become increasingly obsessed with their bowel movements and their innards' cleanliness. It can get quite freaky.

It's an enema pure and simple with the purpose of doing an inner cleansing or detoxification. They put a tube up your rear and clean you out with a cleansing solution. Hopefully clean water. Some places believe in colonics made with coffee and other strange concoctions. I think most guys would run a mile before having one of these.

You get the same benefit as dropping a deuce except you pay for it. I'm not kidding.

It flushes out the colon. Yes, it is inserted.

If you go for a colonic, they will insert a tube into your rectum and a machine will slowly pump water into your large intestine, and then withdraw that water along with waste from your intestine. It will do this a number of times during the session.

The purpose of the colonic is to thorougly cleanse the large intestine. It does this very effectively.

the purpose of cleansing the large intestine is to allow better absorption of nutrients, better elimination, and, ideally, prevention of colon-based health issues, including IBS, constipation, diarrhea, cancer, and other issues.
