What Herbal supplement?!


Question: I had this herbal supplement a few years back,it was a dieatary suppliment and it gave energy-can anyone name an herb that does that,because no-one can remember what it was called but I had lost 50 lbs taking it,along with exercise and eating right...any help is appreciated...

Well, there are quite a number of herbs that give you energy, and any of them can be used for dieting (because the energy helps you move around and burn fat). The most popular energy boosters are B-12, Royal Jelly (and other bee-based products), L-Carnitine, Ribose, Ginseng, Guarana and Green Tea (both are natural sources of caffeine).
The ones that are most commonly in diet products are L-Carnitine (an Amino Acid that helps to turn fat into energy... this is the most popular energy product for weight loss), Ginseng, Green Tea, and some of the B vitamins. Good luck!

The only supplement I know of that can do that is a B-vitamin complex. That's what I use. (If there is something more, though, I'll be interested to learn what it is!)
