Since nobody has answered, I'll toss in my 2 cents.
Assuming it was purchased from or through a legit company, the container should say what the recommended dose is. If it doesn't say on it, I'd give that company a call and ask them what the recommended dose is.
If you didn't buy it from a legit company (or if it's a "blank label" of sorts), you may be out of luck and may have to guess based on other products you can find on the internet..... but if it is a "blank label", I'd suggest throwing it out or returning it (especially if you can't verify the company that made it and/or if it's laced with something that could hurt you).
