Help! I have the flu!?!


Question: I am very tired, my eyes cant handle sunlight, my head is hurting along with a sore throut and many other body parts that are very sore. The thing that hurts the most through is my sore throut. I do not have any spices or honey.

Please help me! I feel terrible!

Don't feel horrible, the flu is going around. Just contact your doctor and he or she will tell you the right medicine to take. Just take it easy. Drink plenty of fluids and take medicine when needed. You may or may not experience vomiting. Cause when you have the flu you can feel sick to your stomach. You may also have it for a fairly long time. But eventually you'll feel better! It's just the flu, it'll go away!

Whenever I have a cold or a flu, I chew one clove of raw garlic.

go to bed with a hot water bottle and put a ice pack on your forehead taken some panadol 2 tablets every 4 hours and drink plenty of fluids and if you have a bottle of TCP gargle with that if not a cup of hot water with plenty of salt in it.

theres a leaf called ecapulicto. make a tea out of that and lime, and honey if you have if you don't use sugar. it works mircles. you can find that leaf in any supermarket. it works great thats what i use

Do you have ginger and basil leave at home?
Prepare tea containing a tsp of crushed ginger and ten basil leaves. Take this concoction, three times daily for a week. The severity of the symptoms is reduced after two days of treatment.
Use of ginger and basil leaves tea is beneficial in reducing the symptoms of flu such as fever and body ache.
And if you mix honey with ginger and basil leave, then its good for sore throat.
