it keeps me sane and half way awake. if i don't have coffee my whole day sucks.

I can't think of any one thing that a human can consume in MASSIVE amounts that would be healthy.

You need to do some reading up on caffeine! It has no nutritional value and excess amounts are in no way good for you. Put in a google search for "health benefits of caffeine or coffee" and do some research for yourself.

It keeps you cleaned out. That's for sure.

Honest answer: coffee has a fair amount of antioxidants in it, so it is good for you. Also, by keeping you alert, it prevents you from wrecking into my car, which is good for my health.
