Is vitamin E capsule essential for those who are above 40 years old?!

Question: Yes. Vitamin E has been recommended for daily intake (it has an RDA) by people of every age. The only reason someone shouldn't take Vitamin E is if you are taking a medication that interacts negatively with it or if you have a medical condition that it could cause trouble with (like if your blood is too thin).
There are a lot of debates and schools of thoughts out there about Vitamin E, but as long as you take the proper dose, most of them agree that it's beneficial for the general population (with the exceptions I mentioned).
