Drink lots of fluids. Try some tea and honey, get rest like going to bed earlier. Try not to do alot of things that will make you tired and sick. Like dont go out late when its cold. Just basically try to rest!! Hope you feel better

try eating orange ( vitamin C). v.helpful. beside try to get enough sleep. and things ganna turn supper good.

From what you have described, it doesn't sound like you are getting the flu (unless you have been in contact recently with someone who has had it). Sounds like a regular cold to me so far--do have chills? Body aches? Fever?

Vitamin C, whether it is in pill form or orange juice, water, hot tea and rest.
That should do the trick.

Definitly drink plenty of fluids.
Gargle with salt water throughout the day.
Take some Airborne (available at your local pharmacy)
Get enough rest at night.
Eat fruits.

if you are still reading, and you have the flu, your entire body aches, your hair hurts, and you are afraid you will die, and you are mostly afraid you will not die soon enough. That is the flu.

If you have the sniffles, that is just a cold

Either way, you can take Thera Flu Serious Cold or Alka Seltzer Cough and Cold.
My suggestion would be to carry one of these remedies with you always, in case you start to feel symptoms coming on (I like Alka Seltzer because it works with cold water, and Thera Flu if I am at home and can drink it and then hit the sack)
