For some people, acupunture feels good. You should at least try it out; it relaxes the muscles in your face.

I think you need to get hobbies, and keep yourself busy my dear, thats the best way, you can concentrate on something else, and it wont be your ex.,,,,, and getting over someone takes time, and it may take a while, but you'll get there, you just need to busy yourself.
