Does nitroglycerin help anal fissures that won't heal? Did it work for you?!

Question: I can't say I've ever heard using nitroglycerine for anal fissures, however I've had much luck with using a product called Thera-Neem creme. It doesn't sting and heals rather quickly.

Also try sitz bath with a little epsom salt in it every day.

nitro is given to heart patients when they have bad angina. I don't see the connection to anal fissure. Try vitamin E oil
