Does anyone have any advice for severe endometriosis?!
Question: I want to get pregnant and doctor's say without IVF it will be next to impossible...but I don't have th $15,000 per ATTEMPT it takes. I am almost 40 and I am going to a specialist next week and I want to bring up every possibility-surgical, homeopathic, etc.
Please let me know what you have tried and has worked.

Try some antioxidants to prevent tissue damage and reduce inflammation: Vitamin E-400 IU, VitaminC- 2,000 mg, Grapeseed or green tea extract-200 to 400 mg, Magnesium-500 mg. Native Americans use Cramp Bark, it's used as a uterine sedative and helps prevent miscarriages. Dandelion Root helps liver break down excess hormones that encourage endometrial growth. These may be used when trying to get pregnant. I hope this helps. Remember, try to stay stress-free as possible.
Endometriosis can result in the complication which you are facing, and your doctor has given you a correct advise if the fallopian tubes are obstructed and or not functioning properly to transmit the ovum to the uterus, in event the Fallopian tube is completely blocked IVF is the best choice. Follow with your doctor and search for the alternative medicine as well, who knows
I hope your specialist will be open to alternative possibilities, but prepared...most are NOT!
I know women who have had success conceiving with the help of acupuncture. These same women also really detoxified their bodies, ate clean and became very healthy.
I advise you to really research alternative/natural ways to help relieve your endometriosis and promote your fertility.
Remember that most MDs will have little to no knowledge of anything outside their medical school sphere. That's not to say they cannot help you on this journey. You need every tool in your arsenal. I wish you luck! Older moms are the best!
