ADHD medicine can make you focus better, yes! One colleague of mine suggested that ADHD medications allowed him to focus more on his work, than on the amount of time he spent handling his emotions and frustrations.
However, I have to tell you that medication is not always the only answer or the best answer.
While it can help, you also want to be meeting with a therapist to help you learn strategies for managing ADHD.
On top of that, I always ask all of my patients and clients one question:
"What else might it be?"
There are many things in life and many medical reasons for why someone shows symptoms of ADHD - when it might not be ADHD.
