Apple cider vinegar has many fantastic qualities about it but please be sure that you buy only organic ~ Braggs is a good brand ~ as the commercial varieties have had way too much of the goodness taken out of them for them to be usefull for anything other than cleaning the floor i reckon ?

Also, use a straw when you drink it mixed in water as otherwise it will erode your enamel on your pearly white teeth ?
