Before and after surgery care.?!

I am having my wisdom teeth surgically removed on Friday. I am wondering what if any natural supplements I should take in the days before and after the surgery to help aid my body in the healing process and decrease risk of excessive pain, swelling and infection. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

When I had a mastectomy six years ago I went first to a homeopathic physician and was given Arnica and Ledum. I did not want to take drugs for pain.
It worked very well for me and I did not take any conventional pain medications.
Fifty years ago I remember taking a very long subway ride in NYC to have my wisdom teeth extracted. On the trip home I kept having fits of laughter alternating with fits of weeping on the trip home from the anesthesia and drugs I was given. People must have thought I was crazy!
I don't know if you will have time to contact a homeopath, get an appointment and stuff before your surgery next Friday. If you are not suffering greatly from pain and discomfort with the teeth you could consider postponing the dental surgery for another week.
Take Arnica Montana (homeopathy) 30c, 1 pill as soon as possible after the surgery. Do not repeat or take again even if you see relief.
