Question: I am sick, home from school, and have a cold, and I am fed up with this throat!! please help! Im sick of the strepsils, they suck, (get it? nvm...) and I want a good cure to help!?

peppermint tea is good to help you get better faster and its good on a sore throat(peppermint acts as a antimicrobial). also salt increase your salt intake because salt is alkaline and when your body is more alkaline it does not get sick. i know it isnt the best idea to break out the chips or pretzels right now so try some of those flavored waters those can have quite a bit of salt but read the labels to be sure its the right stuff. chicken noodle soup is another good way to feel better people tend to use that alot.
Drink sum Theraflu....They sell it at like CVS pharmacy or Wal-Mart and other drugstore places. also get some warm water, pour salt in it then drink it.

Just have a 1/2 piece of SINAREST tablet with a full glass of hot water. If needed, take the other 1/2 piece next night. That will surely do!!
