Can I take apple cider mixed with apple juice?!

Question: Will it be as effective. I find this is the only way I can stomache it. Also, if I brush my teeth right away will it still kill my enamel

I can't see why you couldn't take organic apple cider vinegar with apple juice ? To protect your pearly white teeth simply sip it through a straw. By brushing your teeth with plain old water or rinsing your mouth out afterwards with water, yes, you will be protecting the enamel on your teeth ?

if it has fructose corn syrup, than yes, it will damage enamel

For what reason are you taking apple cider mixed with apple juice? Separately both ingredients are used in a number of treatments but I couldn't find any treatment in which both were used. Hope you could provide more info on that.
