natural remedies are basically taking herbs or making changes to your diet(note just because something is labeled as 'natural' doesn't mean its not harmful, poison ivy for instance is 'all natural') obviously the effects are minimal at best drugs are more concentrated and your not going to cure infections by drinking tea.

homeopathic treatment is essentially taking a substance that CAUSES the problem(insomnia for instance) and diluting it in water(taking a small amount of the substance, putting it in water, mixing it, taking a drop of that water and adding it to 'freash' water and mixing it, several times over). the solution is so diluted that there is only an extremely small chance that a molecule of the actual chemical will be present in the solution. and through no scientific evidence to support their claim, they say that because its diluted the solution does the opposite of the original chemical(caffine diluted to make a 'sleeping pill' for instance)

and Homeopathic treatments are NOT based on the same principles of vaccinations! the immune system doesn't respond the same way to things entering the stomach as it does to things entering the bloodstream. and again the fact that there is only a small chance of the actual "active ingredient" being in the solution means you would have to literally chug large amounts of the solution to get anywhere near the amount required for your body to respond to it. this is also discussed in the source link for homeopathy.

Hmm, having tried both and sometimes for same complaint, I'd say it isn't a question of being BETTER - it's just a different approach. Some doctors don't agree with it at all, some hospitals use homeopathy. You may know yourself how frustrating it can be for a doctor to not really have anything they can offer you except time to heal and painkillers. So people seek out natural and homeopathic treatment. Natural might mean different things in different contexts: could be nutrition: what we eat, or using a food or herb (like maybe in a tea form) or applying aloe vera to a burn, or some essential oil in the bath etc - it's a wider term that could cover lots of different wayd of treatment. Massage is natural - we rub our leg if we bash it on something, to ease the pain.
Homeopathy works on the principle of dilution - like some vaccines have little bit of the actual disease in to help the body fight it off. A very very very very very very dilute form of something potentially harmful is taken to provoke an opposite or counter-attack by the body. It is completely safe, non habit forming and can be very effective. No I'm not on commission LOL! I have just tried it and found it to be helpful, even in pregnancy when I would never have been able to take medicines, I could take homeoapthic treatment. I've just had an operation and am taking some to help with healing, arnica which is terrific for bruising and shock.
HTH (if it does please best answer me)

natural is things you have in your house and homeopathic works more with treating dieases that natural can't do. so they are both good. depends on whats wrong.

natural remedies are those which are used for the treatment directlywithot changing its natural properties.
in homoeopathy the natural materials are potentised.
both remedies are good depending on the disease
