How do you relax the diaphragm muscle and abdomen?!
Question: I hold all of my stress in the abdominal area and for the most part, take shallow breaths. As a result, my abdominal area is usually tight and I get severe back spasms. Are there any stretches or other things I can do to release the spasms?

You need to do controlled breathing techniques..use DVD tapes or something to see.
By breathing very slowly and deeply, this often helps me.
