yes, eat a healthy diet.
Take homeopathic medicine, and eat a bag of chips each day! Unfortunately you also get a big a*s in the process but most guys wont mind.
Breast size is determined genetically. You can't change your genes and guys love small breasts anyway (let's face it, guys love anything in a dress, as long as it's not Dennis Rodman.)
