i have and they are absolutely terrible. the smell is horrible and so is the taste. they are nothing like tobacco cigs, but they are supposed to give you more of a buzz when you smoke a few. i only smoked one so i really wouldn't know.
and you can get addicted to anything.

Yes, I have tried them, they do smell dreadful, from what I can remember they taste ok and did help me to get off the nicotine.
