Migraines are usually due to food intolerances like dairy or chocolate. I would recommend finding out by doing an intolerance test and then removing the foods that you are intolerant to.

be sure that it's migraines, i thought i had migraines for a while, but it turned out to be sinus headaches, just as bad, but preventable.

once you have a migraine, take two aspirin and sleep it off, that's the best thing to do really.
