It would really depend on the area and the doctor. After insurance, my current Chiropractor costs barely $20. I've talked to Chiropractors that charge (after insurance) around $60-80. Some areas that have higher cost of living (like Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Orlando, etc) are going to have much higher rates for Chiropractors than smaller towns.
The only way to find out what's normal in your area would be to call 2 or 3 local Chiropractors and ask what a typical adjustment costs and compare them. If you think you're being overcharged, that will verify one way or the other. Good luck!
