I did and it gave me some problems with diarrhoea. i may have eaten too much though. In small amounts, Aloe can be ingested to heal the digestive organs if there is a problem like beginning stages of diverticulitis or ulcer. It has properties that will help in regeneration of damaged tissue.
It also is able to into cells and helps with the cell's ability to regenerate in a less "photocoping" way. By that I mean, less "fading" and more like the original. Okay, there you have it, as far as I know.
