cut rich foods down or out of diet-gravies, mushrooms, salt, coffee, soda, beer, meat,
Best things for gout:
Cherry Juice or 1/2 pound of fresh or canned unsweetened cherries. Natural cherry juice works the best, you can purchase this from your local health food store. Make sure it is the natural, unsweetened brand and if it is the concentrate variety follow the directions with proper amounts of water to dilute the juice.
The darker the better. Any dark red, blue berries will prevent and reduce inflammation of the joints and will aid with circulation which is necessary to help the uric acid crystals that builds up in the synovial joints. If cherry juice is not your flavor, try Blueberry juice - it will work the same way. Hawhtorne berry is very bitter but will increase circulation as well as aid in inflammation.

You may also want to consider a daily supplement of 400-800 iu of Vitamin E and 125-250mg of Quercetin with Bromelain, 3 (three) times a day between meals to ease the pain and help with further gout flare ups.

You can try the link I provided and I believe it will be of some help to you.

Yes, I cured my self.
First Gout is a condition of minerals and metal contaminates building up in the lowest part of the body. It is the most common form of Arthritis. Uric acid build up, a .food byproduct
Vit. B complex, drink lots of GOOD water and exercise (like walking). Vit C and E are also important. Potassium, Zinc and grape seed extract. All will help and lead to flushing out the Uric acid and toxins in the lower parts of the body. Good luck

Cherries are very good for metabolizing Uric Acid, which makes it primarily used for (and very popular for) joint health. Most health food stores carry capsules and/or liquids of Cherry concentrates that make it really easy (especially if you don't like the taste of Cherries). We have hundred if not thousands of customers that have used Cherries for their Gout. Good luck!

Someone recently told me he got chelation therapy which basically cleans out the arteries. He said it cured his gout. You just have to find a doc who does it.
