What product gives you energy without jitters?!

Question: Any drink, vitamin, herbal supplement or anything?

Answers: Any drink, vitamin, herbal supplement or anything?

Try drinking Kombucha. It is a fermented iced tea that has tons of really great vitamins and probiotics. You can drink it in the morning to replace coffee or throughout the day to keep good energy all day. I will post some links below. Try drinking a store bought one first. If you like it you can actually make it at home (I do) really easy. It also tastes much better when you make it at home.. not so vinegarey... Enjoy!!

Vitamin B12

vitamin b-complex

five hour energy

relentless its the best im addicted to the stuff:)

Sunlight

5-hour energy shots. you can get them at the gas station.
no jitters.

Rocket Shot Energy Drink.

Vitamin B12

Take your vitamins and eat well, oh and work out too, that helps alot

Exercise bike.

Eating healthy and exercising 20min a day, and drinking water!

Have a morning cup of tea as well and take a daily multivitamin.

Or try Ageless extra, my mother claims it to be the fountain of youth. (from univera)
It's worth a shot as well (I don't like it lol)

bananas are really good for energy. Eat one for breakfast then snack on one later. They really give me energy with no jitters and keep you alert.

Spark.
Spark contains no caffeine and will not make you jumpy or have any other side affects (or from my experience it doesn't). It is composed complexly of many varieties of minerals and natural ingredients that taste very good when mixed with fruit juices (Pretty sure thats what I read on the package). The will definitely boost your energy, plus you don't jitter. It is also full of anti-oxidants to help you focus and keep little discomforts from tearing your drive and focus (I know this one from experience). I would definitely recommend it and heck I don't even sell it lol. But really I don't gain anything from this too bad lol, I should be a promoter lol.

In Sugarland Texas we have a shop. They can make the smoothie with just about anything you can think of. My favorite is the Energy Smoothie made with all nature uppers...herbs... and then add any flavor or combination of flavors. It's great and thick like a milk shake... My daughter manages one of the stores in Houston TX and she recently showed me how to make them on my own.... Got a blender? Mix your favorite nature uppers... with some all natural vanilla ice cream and nature fruits or vegs which ever floats your boat.... try it you just might surprise yourself

I drink a cup of green tea every morning and that works well for me!

but I'm very sensitive to caffeine, so I might not be your best source... I'm a wuss when it comes to the stuff!

try b complex (berrocca) and jinsing

Chinese liquid Panex ginseng in the vials or the American clone of that product.

More than a few other posters have already suggested vitamin B12 and they are spot on right ...........

A deficiency in vitamin B12 will produce symptoms such as fatigue and exhaustion, chest pains and heart palpitations, dizzy spells, fainting and loss of balance, excessive sweating, excessive urination and dry mouth, nausea and vomiting, headaches and migraines, depression, tingling and prickling and numbing sensations in the outer extremities, insomnia and constipation, irritability and moodiness and an inability to think clearly ....Quite scary actually if you don't realise the vitamin factor.

Eat more foods rich vitamin B12 ie: organ meats such as lambs fry and kidneys, skimmed milks and cheeses, fish and eggs.

Without sufficient vitamin B12 in your body any iron you ingest will never be assimilated properly, so increase your intake of iron also as well if you aren't already eating enough iron rich foods.

The RDI/RDA, according to the National Research Council, is 10 - 15mg per day for adults ...... are you getting that much?? If not, that's probably where your fatigue stems from.

symptoms of iron deficiency anema are fatigue and exhaustion, dizzy spells and fainting, paleness of skin ........ to check if you are iron deficient pull down the lower lid of your eyelids and note its inner coloring. If it is rich and red then you are not anemic, if it is pale and pasty looking then you are anemic ?

ie ~ pork, red meat, clams, dried peaches, egg yolks, oysters, nuts, beans, asparagus, blackstrap molasses and oatmeal.

Vitamin C rich foods eaten in conjunction with iron rich foods will increase the absorption rate of the iron.

ie ~ citrus fruits such as lemons, limes and oranges (or juices), leafy and green vegies, tomatoes and potatoes, red and green peppers.

If you are lactose intolerant or vegetarian then it is really important that you supplement your diet with a multi B complex tablet on a daily basis.

Things that could be robbing you of your precious B complex of vitamins are :- eating too much protein, alcohol, eating too much tinned food, antiobiotics, antidepressants, penicillin, prednisone and aspirin, laxatives and diuretics, otc cold and flu medicines.

Also, try to cut back on drinks such as caffeine, tea, sodas and soft drinks as they are all B complex thieves........ as well as being great at dehydrating you.

Take a multi B complex tablet including all the B's ie: B1, B2 B3, B5, B6 and B12 and folic acid as they work best synergistically (together).

The B complex of vitamins is essential for healthy neural, digestive and immune system functioning.

The B complex of vitamins is a water soluble complex and as such our bodies can neither store or produce them. Therefore we need to ingest them on a daily basis or suffer the consequences as you unfortunately are.........

if you are drinking caffeinated beverages within an hour of eating your meals then you are more than likely inhibiting your iron absorption.

When you take your daily B complex supplement ensure that you take it with some type of calcium rich food ie: low fat cheese or milk or a calcium supplement containing vitamin D3 as they all work in conjunction with one another .

Quite a handfull of information here ........ sorry it's a bit long winded but you need to know all this.

When our bodies are placed under added stress such as sickness, relationship dramas, new job, school studies, boring jobs or just daily life really, the B complex of vitamins are usually the first group to get used up and we therefore need to adjust our intake accordingly.

When you are getting any stress related symptoms or any of the above mentioned symptoms simply take another B tablet. As they are water soluble our bodies will simply excrete any excess in our urine.

Drink loads of fresh filtered water too as the happiest and healthiest body will always be the most hydrated one.

I sincerely wish you the best of health & vitality buddy?

CHEERS

Sublingual B-12 by Solaray is great. As you may know - people get B-12 shots for energy, and sublingual tabs go under the tongue to dissolve - which is not as intense as the shot, but it certainly works. My great aunt thanked me profusely when she took them for two weeks, and not only had extra energy, slept better, but a painful case of shingles (hurting for over two years,) disappeared after taking B-12. Have a healthy and happy leap year!

I liked siberian ginseng with royal jelly.
