How can i take my vitiamans in the morning?!
Question: I hate taking my vitiams cause there so nasty tasteing i take them with juice since i am on a meal plan i am limited on my portion size so i have to take my powder with them and my pills with milk or yougurt it taste bad does anyone have any other suggestions o take with it that doesnt taste that gross

chew a banana, put the vitamin in your mouth, and swallow! it never fails to work!
get the chewable ones they shouldn't taste bad. and if that don't work hold your nose while taking the pill that stops your taste buds for a few seconds
peanut butter hides everything, have some peanut butter toast
hold your nose throw em in ya mouth and wash em down with some juice. You'll never taste em.
