What do you recommend for kidney nourishment? pills,foods,etc?!


Question: Bolster your kidney functioning by drinking loads of fresh filtered water and eating more legumes such as peas beans and lentils ?

Water, water, water is what you need to stay hydrated hun. At least 2 - 3 litres per day. Hey, you need at least 2 litres per day just to maintain aspiration (to breath)!! Symptoms of dehydration are puffy bags under your eyes, dark circles under your eyes, headaches and migraines, constipation, bloating and cramps, inability to think clearly ?

You need to ensure that you are hydrating your body properly........... at least 2 - 3 litres of water per dayThere are those that say you only need 4 or five glasses per day, but how about if you are dehydrating yourself by drinking coffee, tea, sodas and soft drinks and alcohol?? for each cup of coffee you drink the caffeine will trick your brain into thinking that it has plenty of water to spare and hence your body will excrete about 2 cups of water ~ putting you behind the 8 ball to start with.

Sodas and soft drinks are worse ~ for each can you drink your body will excrete up to 12 cups of water !! Scary hey!

Ever wake up in the morning, have your morning coffee or tea and get to work and just can't stop yawning?? That's because your body needs water to breath, transport nutrients all over your body, for our digestive tracts to work properly, to lubricate our joints effectively etc.etc.etc........ water ie ~ fresh filtered water, is the single most important thing you can focus on.

After all, the happiest and healthiest body is always going to be the most hydrated one?

  • The right foods and plenty of water.

    Iced Tea is a definite no no.

    The easiest and cheapest thing is lemon water. I use herbal supplements, if you find a good herbal store the owner should be able to guide you if you have a problem with your kidneys. Just don't short yourself on the supplements, Wal Mart and other similar brands are just not very good.

    I use a specific brand, but I don't want to give the name since I am able to sell to other people, and I don't want to violate the spam rules. But do get a good brand, you will pay more but they are much more effective.

    Try the lemon water first. Drink at least 3 glasses a day, up to six if you can drink that much (I hate drinking that much water). Use a straw, though, so the citric acid doesn't damage your teeth.

    To restore healthy kidney functioning, you need to reduce dramatically the level of acid waste in your body.

    A proper alkalinizing diet can help balance your bodys pH level. The right combination of vegetable juices can neutralize your bodys acids and can dissolve clumps that have started to form kidney stones.

    After you body becomes less acidic, you'll need to focus on reducing or eliminating consumption of acid-causing foods and substances. The less acid waste your body produces, the easier time your kidneys will have. Your kidney cells are irreplaceable without drastic intervention, so its important to start immediately trying to control your bodys pH level. Not only will you save your kidneys, you'll experience an overall improvement in your health and reduce your vulnerability to degenerative diseases.

    Beetroot is good for kidney health. Plenty of water helps as well.
