i think it would be possible, but the problem would lie in the fact that you would also inhale gas fumes. But not considering that this is what i would do. First off you will need to bore out a compartment on your exhaust manifold, i would say the size of at least an ounce. Make it to where you can screw it closed and get an air tight seal. When you start the car, the heat transferring from the combustion will exit the exhaust manifold and heat the herb causing it to smoke, the smoke will be forced down the exhaust pipes. Next to get the water bong effect, you would need to either replace your cat or your muffler with a water cooling chamber which would filter the smoke and cool down the temps. This could be done with the same type of technology used for water cooled grow lights, which since we are going to be smoking exhaust anyways, would matter if we stole this water (also known as coolant) from our radiator, so this would be a closed loop system , cooling our engine and our smoke. This should do it.

The real question is can you use a remote starter instead of the ignition so you can reach the exhaust pipe without needing someone else to do the key.

it could be done. you wouldnt have a working car anymore, if you want to use the cars exhaust, and the length of the tubes would make it and inefficient waste of pot.
just duct tape your bong to your dash and call it a day.

I remember, years ago, visiting a remote Saudi Arabian radio station. The site was a No-Smoking building. The duty operator was unconcerned by this. He had set his Hubble Bubble Hash Pipe outside on the doorstep and used the station hose pipe, in lieu of the standard smoking tube!
We found him, absolutely zonked, tucked behind the radio equipment, under the air conditioning vent!
