Why do they ALL have to take all those pills?!
Question: It seems that everyone I know in Hawaii has been diagnosed as a diabetic, with high blood pressure and high cholesteral. Is this possible, the everyone I know of native Hawaiian blood ALL need to take all those pills?

There are things that they can do naturally to lower cholesterol and high blood pressure. A diet rich in omega 3 fatty acids would be a good start such as eating deep sea fish i.e. tuna, salmon, herring, etc... Another thing they could do is exercise more. Simply walking 30 minutes a day would help alot as it is good cardio exercise. Strength training also helps i.e. lifting weights however there is a way of doing that at home. Using cans of food, gallons of milk or juice you lifting these objects will tone your muscles. You don't have to do it at a gym unless you just want to. You can go to the Wal-Mart and buy small weights.
