I had Bells Palsy and have regained about 90 percent back so far. I first took the antiviral drugs and steroids as recommended.
I did not start to get better though until I added vitamin B-12 therapy.
It seems that the B vitamins work together to rebuild cells and to strengthen the immune system. I saw great improvement after its use. Heres a good article that discusses Vitamin b 12 therapy as well as accupuncture for bells palsy.
